Koolardie Aviation has implemented the CASA approved "Drug and Alcohol Management Plan". The company has a zero tolerance towards drugs and alcohol in the work place
All new or contract staff are educated on the plan and the continual implementation and monitoring of the policy is adhered to.

Environmental Policy
Koolardie Aviation is committed to promoting environmental conservation. The company endeavours to continually consider all aspects of the operation and its affect on the environment, from the use of air-conditioners and lights in the office to the disposal of oils and batteries. Noise control through good airmanship is practised over towns and cities and natural fauna sensitive areas.
